Agrifac has unveiled three new self-propelled sprayers—the Endurance 80, Vanguard 67, and Vanguard 55—all equipped with the latest EcoTronicPlus 3 operating system. These new machines combine operator comfort, precision, and efficiency with cutting-edge spraying technology, setting a new benchmark in crop protection. Alongside the sprayers, Agrifac highlights its StrictSprayPlus PWFM system and the innovative AICPlus spot-spray system, reinforcing the company’s commitment to smarter, more sustainable crop protection solutions.
The new sprayers were first revealed to Agrifac dealers during Sales Event Week at the company’s headquarters in the Netherlands. Dealers from across Europe attended live demonstrations, product presentations, and machine walkarounds, gaining hands-on experience and sharing insights with Agrifac’s engineering and product teams. Following the European preview, Agrifac will launch the new sprayers in key international markets, including Australia, the United States, and Canada. Their global debut will take place at AGRITECHNICA 2025, where growers will see the Endurance 80, Vanguard 67, and Vanguard 55 for the first time, with orders becoming available immediately after the event.
All three sprayers feature the Claas X11 cabin and EcoTronicPlus 3 control system, offering enhanced comfort, visibility, and intuitive operation. Developed in response to customer feedback, the new models reflect Agrifac’s focus on building practical solutions that support growers in their daily operations. The Endurance 80, the flagship model, delivers ultimate spraying capacity with an 8,000-liter main tank, an 8.9L Cummins engine producing 405 HP, and spray booms up to 55 meters. Its 2.3-meter tires and 154 cm ground clearance ensure excellent performance under challenging field conditions. The Vanguard 67 balances capacity and maneuverability, offering a 6,700-liter main tank, 325 HP engine, and 3.6-meter wheelbase, making it ideal for agile, high-efficiency spraying. Compact and versatile, the Vanguard 55 features a 5,500-liter main tank, a spacious operator platform, and optional 2.2-meter tires, suitable for a wide range of field operations. Spray booms across the three models range from 24 to 55 meters, with 3-part or 4-part folding options, and each machine can be fitted with the Agrifac AirFlowPlus boom for superior crop coverage and reduced drift.
“By introducing this new generation, Agrifac strengthens its portfolio to meet the growing demand for sustainable, efficient, and comfortable crop protection,” says Rens Albers, Product Manager at Agrifac. “These machines provide the perfect platform to deploy all Agrifac technologies, such as StrictSprayPlus and AICPlus, both now and in the future. We are proud to present them at AGRITECHNICA this November, where growers from around the world come together to explore the future of agriculture.”
