Trelleborg Tires Unveils Its First Agri Rubber Track, the ART1000, at EIMA 2024

Trelleborg Tires Unveils Groundbreaking Agri Rubber Track and Innovations at EIMA 2024

At EIMA 2024 in Italy, Trelleborg Tires is set to debut its first Agriculture Rubber Track, the ART1000, alongside a variety of products and services tailored for modern farming. The ART1000 reflects Trelleborg’s commitment to advancing specialized solutions for agriculture, offering increased productivity and enhanced soil protection.

Introducing the High-Performance ART1000 Track

Designed for high-horsepower machinery, the ART1000 showcases Trelleborg’s expertise in agricultural rubber tracks, delivering robust durability and optimizing performance in diverse farming conditions. Its advanced tread bar design minimizes soil compaction to support healthy root growth and nutrient absorption, while high self-cleaning properties enhance traction in challenging applications, ultimately improving efficiency and lowering operational costs. Built from premium rubber compounds, the ART1000 stands out for its superior wear and cut resistance, positioning it as a top choice for intensive agricultural use.

Expanding the Agricultural Range at EIMA 2024

In addition to the ART1000, Trelleborg Tires will introduce several other innovations at Stand B/7 | Hall 16:

  • PneuTrac®: This hybrid between a radial agricultural tire and track is designed for smooth operation in vineyards and orchards, providing outstanding flotation, traction, and lateral stability, even on slopes.
  • ATMS (Adaptive Tyre Management System): Recently expanded with an updated prototype, the ATMS gathers real-time data such as tire load, pressure, and temperature to provide actionable insights for farm operations. This “sensor-ready” design helps reduce downtime, sensor costs, and operational time in the supply chain.
  • TM1 ECO POWER: Developed with 65% recycled and bio-based materials, this eco-friendly tire offers lower rolling resistance and improved fuel efficiency. Made for both traditional and electric tractors, it’s designed in partnership with Fendt and stands out for its sustainability and performance.
  • TM1000 ProgressiveTraction® Range: Built for advanced machinery, this award-winning tire line is known for its premium handling, self-cleaning capabilities, and high traction, making it ideal for demanding farming tasks.
  • TW Rim Profile: Trelleborg will also showcase its patented TW rim profile for today’s tractors, combines, and harvesters, designed for easier fitting and optimal inflation of low-pressure tires.

Visitors can also learn about the Premium Care Program, which offers extended warranties, expert support, and tailored resources to enhance the performance and longevity of Trelleborg tires.

Driving Sustainable Farming Forward

Roberta D’Agnano, EMEA Marketing Director at Yokohama TWS, emphasized Trelleborg’s commitment to sustainable agriculture, highlighting their focus on soil health and productivity. “Our specialized tires are crafted to support next-gen machinery and protect the ground, representing the future of modern farming,” she stated.

Special Press Conference on November 7

Trelleborg Tires will host a press conference on November 7th at 2 PM in the Notturno Hall at EIMA’s Service Center (Block D, 1st floor), where they will present the ART1000 and other cutting-edge innovations in tire technology.
